Cholesterol is another name for a component of animal fat. It's an important part of a healthy body because it's used to form cell membranes, some hormones and is needed for other functions So, all animals (meat) and eggs contain cholesterol.
If they don't, it has been taken out by artificial means.

So yeah, just a note, eggs aren't bad for cholesterol in moderation. Two a day are actually good for helping b/c of an amino acid only present in egg yolks that helps with weight control. Cut back on sugar and fatty meat and exersize, mostly our body's make the extra or just not flushing it out. In that case try detox.
