Keep your calories under 1500 and carbs less than 50. After you lose it, keep cals under 2500 and carbs less than 60. This diet is so simple. All you need is a cal and carb counter. You can buy one anywhere practically. You don't have to listen to a lot of philosophical bs by all the diet "experts". Just count and be happy. Good Luck, You can do it!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

EXERCISE!!! thats what i do...dont take diet pills it might work at first but then it will come back..besides jogging/walking or some sort of cardio is really heathy...it is a good way to start off a day and from my experience people are normally happier when they exercise.. another way is to do light weight workouts....when someone works with light weights w/ many repititions the burt the fat around whatever mucle they are working....u can do squats or if u have saggy arms you can work your triceps or biceps w/ light weights...get a pair of 2lb to 7lb dumbells and lift them over your head to work your triceps...or do bicep curls.....if you have a big stomach you should run....dont do sit ups or crunches they will not help....all that does is build your abdominal muscels...they wont burn any of the fat.....do squats with light weights to get rid of the fat around your thighs...just do different lightweight workouts with many repititions

first of all, you have to always be thnking about it. its a change of lifestyle and you need to always be thinking about it, not obsessing, but knowing.
first of all, im sure you know this but it is an important thing to do. eat more lean protein (like chicken breast) and less carbs (even if you have pasta for dinner, just take a bowlful of a meat sauce that is made with it) of course stock up on fruits and veggies (if you dont like one thing, then eat something that you do like) berries are espeically good for weight loss. and of course cut down on sweets and junk food, but dont not let yourself have a LITTLE treat every day (i have 2 cookies with my lunch or a piece of chocolate) and you should have a cheat day about every 3 weeks so your metabolism doesnt get use to what you are doing and slow down. so do this to kick start it up again and then the next day be on a strict diet.
another great thing to eat while on a diet for lunch, is a regular old turkey and american cheese sandwhich. you can put it on wheat bread if you want but i swear by this. and if you have a little george forman grill then making a pinini is great=) eat about 4-5 small meals a day. and always eat breakfast!! doesnt matter what it is, just something. and drink TONS of water!!! about 2 large glasses with each meal and others throughout the day. and no soda or alcohol!! exept on special occasions. dont skip meals, because it just makes your metabolism slower and causes you to bing eat later. try to not eat about 2 hours before going to bed.
for a flat stomach, i strongley suggest doing 2 sets of 30 sit ups before breakfast, 3 sets of 30 in the afternoon, and 3 sets of 30 before bed. do that for about 2 weeks and you will see a big difference. lunges are good too. do about 1 set of 20 (10 each leg) at the same times as the sit ups. and taking 2 stairs at a time helps "saddlebags" and of course walking is a great option that i didnt do but i reccomend it. and if you belong to a gym. just think of everything good that will come out of it when you are on your diet! just think about all the clothes that will fit you and how much more fun shopping will be (best feeling in the world when you walk in a store and know that you can wear everything), how good you will look, and of course your health. weigh yourself once a week, not every day but be aware of it. by doing everything here i lost 40 pounds in about 6 months. good luck!

Don't focus on the short amount of time. Instead you should focus on losing the weight in a healthy way, even if it takes time. You can do it! Go on a nutritionally sound, low-fat diet, and ramp up your exercise regimen to be sure you're burning lots of calories.

its more likely that ull gain the weight back if u loose it in a short time period. i suggest swimming. i swim 6 days a week, hour + 1/2 a day + it makes me rly strong and keeps the weight off. i wudnt suggest jogging/running because if your heavier it can hurt joints like the knees. eat healthy: whole grains, protein, vegetables, fruits, fats (not trans or saturated, but fats still r important)
