God is not a human so He does not father anyone.

I think it says Jesus born of Mary. Underscoring the point that she gave birth to Him. Also makes reference to Mary, mother of Jesus. Does not clash with son of God.

Mat 1:18 This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.

Mark 6:3 refers to people trying to identify Jesus.
It says:
"his is the carpenter the son of Mary and the brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon, is it not? And his sisters are here with us, are they not?."
Of course, Jesus could be son of Mary and son of God.
Why were there be a conflict?

Usually they don't link names with being a child of a women in the Bible. But, I have seen 'Jesus Son of David' in the Bible. So, that might mean something. Good question, though.

2nd who said Jesus was son of god
read bible well Jesus dont say am god or worship me
son mean in the bible not really son Cz we all are son of God
Read Luke 4:23-24
Jesus said that he was a prophet not god or son of god

no.. mary was the mother of jesus and god was the father... the holy spirit came upon mary and jesus was concieved... god could not just put Jesus on the earth !!! that would B crazy !!!

Why would it clash?
Christ is Mary's physical son.
Christ is God's spiritual son.
