fried potatoes (french fries)

or

potato chips

Fried potatoes (in a kind of slang)... It can be used for potato chips you get in bags (what Brits call crisps), and is usually shouted by a vendor at the beach or a game.

You can also use it to mean french fries, or any other kind of fried potatoes (depending on which country you're in. There are many types of Spanish...)
