I bought amino acid capsules, which have predigested amino acids in form of tablets. Can I use them instead of protien shakes and powders to supplement my diet for muscle building?

Yes, amino acids in capsule form contain usually the 22 amino acids necessary for a complete protein. You will have to read on the bottle how much protein is in each tablet, so you can be sure you are getting the protein you want. I'm glad these are capsules as they will disintegrate very quickly in the stomach. Never use tablets.

here you bypass: a million Ribey Steak (16oz minimum) a million beef Chop (ideally Breaded) 4 Eggs (White, AAA grade) a million stay fowl (ideally a fowl) combination it on 'Puree.' conceal flying pan with butter, and fry as you may an omelete. you may upload vegetables for a flair in case you prefer. Then combination this with 2cups of Muscle Milk, a million Cup Gatorade, a million/2 Cup Redbull, and spit on the right to make it organic and organic, and combine to perfection (I set it to liquify).
