It depens on what they were saying in a conversation about m, but only the most extreme things would stop me talking to them - and when people have ticked me royally, there isn't any way they can make ammends.

So if this scenario of yours is nothing serious and more like idle rumours, forget it, there isn't any sense in turning your back on a friend for something you know is not true anyway, unless it harms you physically or emotionally like an affair with you spouse.

Ever heard of " Keep your friends close but your enemies closer" well I woudl and I wouldn't be telling them nothing special liek I used to and I would also talk about them behind their backs too. Hey they opened the jar.

it depends whether they're saying good things about you or not, but the fact that they're talking about you behind your back and not to your face can't be a good thing.
