My doctor just told me that i have heterochromia(having a different eye color in each eye) my rigth eye is blue, and my left eye is green. I never noticed, i dont know why; but lately my friends noticed that my eyes are different. So i went to see doctor, and he told me; I never noticed because its not that rare as other cases in which people have one blue eye and the other one is brown. I just wanted to know if its bad to have heterochromia? or if it will damage me in some kind of way in the future?

If your doctor didn't say anything about it being bad than I would not worry about it to much but I would ask just to see. I have Heterochromia as well, my left eye is green and my right is brown, my doctor has never said anything about it being bad.

Most cases are congenital, that is, present at birth. Some cases are isolated, other associated with other conditions such as Waardenberg's syndrome or high frequency hearing loss.

Acquired heterochromia is not common, and sometimes associated with serious conditions. You might want to research this further and decide whether you should see an eye specialist.
