Yes, but don't be offended if your boyfriend asks for a DNA test when you have a baby.

When guys here that a girl wants to go out partying without her BF, it means she wants other guys to check her out at the very least, and more likely hit on her and possibly get something going.

Guys get this too. He wants to do your hot friends, and the girl at work, and someone who just walked by on the street.

If he values your relationship, he restrains himself from doing anything about it. If you value the relationship, you'll do the same.

Also, you could end up bringing a disease to this guy like herpes or AIDS. Not the kind of present that helps a relationship.

Talk to him and explain that you want a "night out with the girls". He should be reassured that you are not out looking to get laid or replace him. We need the company of other women at times to fully round out our lives. If he has an issue with that talk to him about it.

It's ok to have friendships and activities not connected to your boyfriend. You don't have to be velcroed at the hip 24/7 to love someone and want to continue to be with them
