I also drive a lot and a few years ago I had a small car and the same problem was occurring. I would have to pull off the road and get out of the car my legs and low back hurt so much.
I finally got the idea to have my drivers seat padded more in the seat and the low back. It fixed my problem.
Consider that. Maybe your truck seat is either worn down and needs to be seriously re padded. It is probably allowing your hips to drop slightly more than is comfortable.
But be sure to walk around often enough to avoid the blood clotting thing.

agreed, also people who are sitting still for long periods of time (uh, lots of people, especially people on long flights/drives) need to do exercises to get the blood flowing in their legs. If you don't it is possible for the blood to kind of pool & clot and if the clot were to travel to your lung or brain (among other places) you'd be in big trouble.
So, see a doctor and look into stretches & exercises you can do/how often you should do them..

You better hope you don't have blood clots. See a doctor immediately.

not sure maybe see a massage therapist or something -- http://www.massagemag.com/News/2006/January/122/Truckers.php maybe also a chiropractor -- if there's any back pain -- truckers seem to get a lot of low back pain too

Just CALL the Doc. You don't need to go in unless he asks you to, just call.
