Do the Cotton Eyed Joe!! You can get the music on youtube if you type in Rednex Cotton Eyed Joe. It really gives u a workout if u do the whole 3 mins or so... The steps are easy! It's just
3 gallops to the right *clap*
3 Gallops to the left *clap*
Heel Heel one foot
Toe Toe same foot
Heel same foot toe same foot
Inside Outside (Inside- hand on inside of heel Outside-hand on outside of foot)
And then you go toward the direction of where your outside foot leads! Sorry if i didn't explain it very well! I'm sure if u ask, someone can show u in person. Seriously tho, it makes ur heart pump!
Have fun!

you may do this interior once you've sufficient room. leap rope for 5 minutes to get your heart fee fairly going and commence getting your body into the fat burning fee. the try sumo squats and narrow to huge squat jumps. those are astonishing for toning and helping to structure thighs. also they are loose to do. you could also do scissor kicks even as mendacity on your back yet be sure that the small of your back is in contact with the floor in any respect situations.
