I've decided to start one; I thought it would be a really good idea! Do any of you do that?

I did keep a prayer journal where i would record my prayers to God. It was like a diary that God read. It was easier for me to write my prayers then say then because my mind easily wondered whereas when i wrote them, I could concentrate more. It is a great idea to start a spiritual journey journal because then you can look back at what you wrote and see how God answered your prayers and helped you!

I guess my yahoo answers/ questions sites are a bit of a journal for me. And I am learning more about Christ all the time. The Pastor preaches some of the same things confirming to me in my spirit I was right. Some times the Pastor preaches something that I answer to someone.

I did it for the first few years. Now I only write when I have a spiritual insight that I want to remember. I call it Reflections.

I keep a prayer diary from time to time so that I can tick off the answers as I receive them. I'm not as disciplined with it as I'd like to be but I have been blessed with a good memory.

specific!!! It generally facilitates me to concentration on what i'm asserting too. And, once you're writing it, it truly is trustworthy, and you're pouring your coronary heart out to God. it is not appropriate if the words are spoken or written. God seems on the midsection. decide for IT!! XD

Never heard of Christians doing that. Pagans and eclectic religions, yes.
But I think it would be interesting!
