I changed from a 10 gauge to 8 gauge a few minutes ago and my ears are throbbing. It stung a bit when I put them in, if that makes a difference. I don't want them to swell or anything, so is it ok to take a Tylenol?

I had mine pierced at 8 gauge, and I took Tylenol for it before, then ibuprofen later. If it is bleeding at all, do not take ibuprofen, as it can cause more bleeding.

That is because you were never meant to stretch your ears.

If you were supposed to be that way, your ears would have had holes when you were born.

STOP DOING IT, IT LOOKS RIDICULOUS AND NO ONE WILL HIRE YOU LOOKING LIKE THAT.

Enjoy the pain. No you shouldn't take anything for self inflicted pain.

I think it would be best to take motrin as it is also an anti-inflammatory. Sounds painful though!
