No. Just start where you are. Lent is over for this year. Just give him your heart and your life. That will be more important than giving up chocolate.

No you don't have to give up any thing. Just go to church, confession and speak with your pastor. Pick up where you left off. I came back to the catholic church over a year ago and I cried threw most masses for over 6 months. I was truly sitting in mass and really listening where as a child I didn't. My mom never sent us after making my 1st communion so I always felt something was missing in my life til I went back. If you are know that you are being called by Jesus. My pastor told me that and I truly believe in that. You can go back now and register to make the rest of your sacraments up to date. I will pray you do and find the peace I have found. God Bless

No. The fact that you want to go back is your choice. What you choose to do is your own. I'm married to a catholic that gives nothing up during Lent! You've done your part, just jump right in! If you feel that doing this will make you stronger, then go for it. That is between you and your God.

No. Each Lent is unique. It's Easter now. Enjoy the Easter spirit.
Lent is a tool for your spiritual growth. Not a due to be paid

If you're looking for some pennance to do that might work, but I'm not sure you need to. As with most things in the Catholic Church, talk to your priest if you're not sure what to do.
However, thinking about the Biblical story of the Prodigal Son, I would guess the Church will welcome you back without stipulation.

No, you don't need to do that. Just do it when Lent rolls around next year.
