well tell him you're over him and he needs to move on.
be honest.
ex's never really want you back- he likely has seen you around with a new guy and is jealous...
don't fall into the trap
stay with the new guy.

well tell him and maybe he will leave you alone if you are happy with this new boyfriend than try to distance ur self from ur ex and make way towards a new life
