Probably a long time. Try adding some good cardio in there with it. That sucker will tighten your abs for sure but you need something to get the heart going and burn some fat.

I'm going to tell you that the ab lounge is not going to make you lose weight. It might if you use it non stop but truth is unles you work up a really good sweat when you exercise you arent going to see many results. True, you may get REALLY strong abs from it, but that isnt going to make them show. The only way you are going to see a 6 pack is if you have a very low body fat percentage. You should vary your cardio from running, riding a bike, eliptical, swimming, or whatever other cardio. Good technique is to do cardio on cold days, because your body will not only sweat and burn calories from running, but it will burn a ton more calories to try and keep you warm. Look on the internet to target different part of your abs. Your abs have 3 parts, the upper, lower, and the obliques (on your sides). There are a ton of different excercises. As for losing 20 pounds on the ab lounge, thats just like any other infomercial trying to get rich schemes. Burn more calories than you take in, and you are going to shed body fat. If you wanna get jacked and keep a good toned body....do a cycle until you lose body fat, and after that, start lifting and maintain your pyhsique and you will be well rounded with a ton of muscle. If you wanna know how to gain muscle mass afterwards, just email me and I can give you information on that as well. Good luck.

I will tell you right now how to get rid of 5 pounds this week. Do not touch any weights, this will put on weight in the form of muscle and water. Do light cardio (ride a bike at a decent pace for at least 30 minutes) at least 3 or 4 days. To shed the water weight do this: For the first three days take in 2 gallons of water, up your sodium (just salt each meal) and cut your carb intake Then after that for two days take in about 25oz of water a day, cut your sodium intake and up your carbs. This will trick your body and dump your water weight. See all the 10 shirts and hoodie is going to do is make you sweat out water weight, which you will gain right back immediately when you drink some water. The method described above is easier and more natural, but remember water weight will come back quickly and is just to trick the scale.

An ab lounge will tighten your abs, but if you have flab covering them, you won't be able to see them. So, the ab lounge alone isn't going to help you lose weight. You have to cut out foods that "deposit" in that area - usually carbs and beer. Also, don't forget the cardio part of a good workout.

abdominal training only strengthens the muscles it has no effect on fat loss in that area. you have to change the diet and do cardio to decrease the body fat percentage
