Fordman is right. However, the "600 watt" refers to the power available from the inverter, not necessarily how much it will draw at all times. If you're not running a high powered device, the jump pack will last longer.

It may, but I wouldn't think for very long. It would suck the batteries down fairly soon. All I can say is give it a try.
