This was so good, I made it for my coworkers, who all loved it.
I sliced up 1/2 of my filet mignon and put it on a tortilla with black eyed peas.

Canned oysters between bread and mayo. I also make my fish sandwhich using ranch salad dressing instead of tarter sauce. They're good.
