It's not necessarily ADHD. It's just your daughter's generation. I teach high school freshman (14 year olds) and if they don't have MTV and Nintendo, or aren't text messaging someone, they don't know what to do with themselves. It's sad, really. I tell them: "Hey, get some old lumber and build yourselves a skateboard ramp! Go to the park and play soccer or baseball! Go to the beach and go swimming! Go on a bike ride with your friends! Play cards or games!" They look at me like I'm from another planet! Sigh...
I doubt it's ADHD. I've struggled with ADHD my whole life and I teach several students who also suffer from it. With ADHD it's the opposite of being bored. It's that EVERYTHING is stimulating. You can't focus on just one thing. Everything seems interesting and distracting and it really, really tests one's attention span. I agree with the person above me: In addition to simply being a pre-teen/teenager, she may suffer from depression or some other disorder....but it doesn't sound like ADHD.

I just heard on the radio on a family talk show that one of the major symptoms of depression in teens is anhedonia, or the inability to experience pleasure. They said specifically that the teen will often complain of being bored or not finding pleasure in regular daily activities. ADD could also be a contributing factor.

Definitely get this checked out wiht a professional who is experienced working with teens.

Okham's Razor - The simplest answer is probably the correct one.

If your daughter is simply bored, then it could just be that she is bored. With all of the over-stimulation from TV, Computers, X-box, and then, in addition, sitting for long hours in school without a break and lack of exercise, you would be bored too.

Yeah, I think you should take her to a counselor, but try and buy her what she likes first to see if it'll keep her from being bored. Or you could ask her to go hang out with friends...

Get her involved with sports. She will no longer be bored.
