I eat 2 servings a day! If i cut it out, will it help my health?

It's not bad for you but it does have enzymes from the penuts that slow the thyroid down a little. I wouldn't eat that much myself...LOL

Peanut butter is good for you! If you want to cut out things that cause weight gain, get rid of nutritionally void foods first: candy, cake, pop, fast food, etc. Don't cut out things that are very nutritious like peanut butter so you can eat more junk food. That just doesn't make any sense.

find the natural kind and you'll be good. peanut butter contains healthy fats that help keep you feeling full. you're better off cutting out other things like candy/soda/fast food.

most plant fats are good you just have to watch the serving size as the calories add up very fast at 9 cals per gram

peanut butter is good for you because it has the good fats.
count calories, dont consume more than you spend...thats it....
