Everyone levels out after losing certain amounts of weight. Try changing your cardio routine. Remember, its about how hard you work out not as much as how long. I level out often, but I tell you what, changing my routine ALWAYS helps! You may also be losing inches and not pounds.

If you were overweight to begin with and then changed your habits drastically-only eating veggies and excercising a lot- then your body will respond by loosing a lot of weight quickly, but it wont last forever! In order to loose that last few stubborn pounds you are going to have to take the excercising up a notch and then keep it that way in order to keep the weight off- so it pretty much depends on how bad you want to be skinny!
On the other hand- you might already be at your natural weight and you just dont realize it- If you are still concerned about your weight talk to your docter instead of getting random peoples advice- And I hope if someone on Yahoo told you the only way to loose weight was to stop eating altogether you wouldnt listen to them!

keep the cardio going and start incorporating some weight training into your work out. It will make a huge difference. Muscle burns calories faster than fat too so it will really help. Good Luck

Try something different. Add a small meal to your day. Take a walk, drink water. Sometimes tweaking your diet a little will start you losing again. Congratulations on losing 30 lbs.!

That's your body's way of telling you that you have reached the weight that you're supposed to be at. The only way you could lose more weight is if you defied your body and basically resorted to harmful measures...like starvation, purging, over exercising, diet pills, laxatives, etc.

well then, your body thinks you've lost enough. If you are obese or overweight, see your doctor and he may perscribe some diet pills.
