since you asked what gives me peace I cant think of any feeling more peaceful for me than prayer. It kind of cuts you off from the world and your problems for a few minutes and relaxes me. At least thats my experience

praying To the one who created me.I'm Muslim and i believe that if you make commitment with the one who created you and worship him when you are clean and ask him to give you peace then you will enjoy and taste that peace because it is real peace.
