you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weightloss. everyone has one or a few places where their body preferes to have fat reserves.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Figure out your caloric requirements daily and then decrease that figure by approx. 10% So If you require 1900 calories a day to maintain your existing weight, decrease that figure by 10% which would be 190 calories.. eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day.. and then add some cardio and ab. exercises.
Try to keep your fat% around 20 daily, protein around 35% and then your complex carbs around 45% of the daily calories. In the above example I have 1900 so the % of each from the 1900

Please don't listen to people that say that you have to lose over-all weight in order to lose weight in a certain area. This is why they come up with TARGET EXERCISES!! If you go to www.fitnessmagazine.com and go under videos, there are a few different exercises for abs, and problem areas. I had the same problem as you and i've used these videos to exercise with and have really seen a result. Like I said before there is a way to target one area to lose weight and tone up. For example if you do bicep curls using a 5 lbs weight for one month on your left arm ONLY, its going to be more ripped than your right arm that didn't get any exercise. So just do some ab exercises that targets those areas and you will have a great stomach in no time!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

The only way to lose fat in one specific area only (what is often called spot reduction) is liposuction. Exercises will not make you lose fat only in one area, but they will tone the muscles in that area, which may make it appear more firm.
The best way to lose fat anywhere on your body is to lose weight overall. For your body to lose weight, as you probably know, you must expend more calories than you take in. To cope with the energy loss, your body uses stored fat to make up the deficit. It doesn't get this fat from just one spot, but all over your body. As you lose weight all over, you will lose stomach fat as well. And if you exercise as well, you will probably be very pleased with the results.

treadmills are awesome all around... they help you lose fat from your entire body... a lot of people shall say you cannot spot reduce, i'm not sure i believe this, but some experts adhere to that... i think you should definitely use a tread mill, it not only helps you lose fat 'cause you can use it for low impact which is the proper for losing fat and increasing your over all health, but you can continually build up to a higher and more intense work out... you can start out by walking, increase your incline, increase speed and build up to jogging which is also good cos of the cardio... i'm all about tradmills, i lost all my baby weight after i gave birth on a treadmill alone... i lost 7 inches off my thighs in a month and i lost 11 inches off my waist in 2 months... all i did was start out walking and built up to being able to jog on it for 30 minutes... by the time i lost the weight i wanted, i was up to an hour and 15 minutes on my tread mill...... which i still maintain now... i walk at a slow pace at a 4% incline for 15 minutes then i jog at 5mph at the 4%incline for 30 mins, then i slowly decrease my speed and incline for the last 30 mins... i started out walking for 30 mins up to a 10% incline not over 3...5mph and worked my way up... you get into shape really fast...

I do, I quit smoking and ballooned up over night. Well, that's a tad exaggeratory, but you get the picture. I heard that Relacore works and intend to try it. But there may be risks associated so I can't recommend someone else do that, as I am not a doctor. Exercise I hear is a sure fire thing, but be sure to know what you are doing so you don't hurt yourself. Good luck with that.

Do cardio, running, jogging, walking, anything to get the heart rate up so you will burn fat. You cant spot reduce, you have to lose weight all over to reveal the muscles underneath the fat.
