I no all the basics, to eat less and exersize more and all that jazz but it's hard for me to exersize because I go to school and don't always have an hour an a half. And with the whole eating thing I look at something sweet I want to eat and just can't give in to the temptation or I say "Oh I'll just have a little bit. . ." but end up eating the whole thing. Please can you help!

If it helps I'm 5'8 and weigh 126 pounds and would just like to get down to 120-122 and would like a flatter tummy.

Thanks :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Having self-control is a hard one for me too. I go thru phases constantly. Out of experience, I have found that eating a well rounded diet has made me crave less sugar. When I absolutely need junk, I go for the 100 calorie packs. Also, getting into an exercise routine really helps stimulate your mind and makes you want to do better, especially when you do start seeing results. I am very busy as well, but that means setting something aside in your day, and getting at least some form of cardio. It does not have to be hours to be affective. Its the intensity that creates the results.

I suggest Isagenix. It's a complete detox system that gets rid of all the toxins in your body (and the fat that holds it). You'll lose more than 10 pounds though. Go to http://www.physique.isagenix.com

There are many rapid weight loss diets, letting you become slim fast as a lightening strike. In 7 Days. Or even better; another quick diet let you become slim also. In 5 days! And believe it or not: One is able to do the same in just 1 day! I’ll give you the two first mentioned diets below.

The 7 Day Diet

Monday:
eat all the fruit and vegetables you want, but no bananas.

Tuesday:
eat all the veggies you want.

Wednesday:
eat all the fruit and veggies you want.

Thursday:
5 bananas, 5 glasses of milk.

Friday:
4-3oz steaks of beef or chicken with fresh veggies.

Saturday:
4-3oz beef steaks with veggies.

Sunday:
4-3oz beef steaks with veggies. Lose up to 14 pounds.

The 5 Days Miracle Diet

Eat within thirty minutes of waking, unless exercising, stretch to forty-five minutes.

Breakfast:
eat starch such as wheat toast or egg whites.

Snack:
eat hard-chew snack like an apple or celery. It promises to release sugar slowly into the bloodstream.

Lunch:
eat before 1 P.M. and only protein and vegetables. No carbs.

Dinner:
eat before 8P.M. and consume protein and veggies.

Many Rapid Weight Loss diets out there are not effective; You lose weight – but only water not fat. You should stay with the proven sustainable ones!
They call them quick weight loss diets or shall we say gimmick diets? How fast is any weight loss coming back? Fast.! This weight-loss is derived through loss of water and is short lived. Any diet or diet pill that promises lasting results after "one day" is hardly worth considering as a long-term solution to your weight problems.
