If you are really feeling him, you will make ther first move(mostly be flirting or asking for the phone number).. I always do.. **** what others will think ...
If he thinks that you look like a tramp or desperate then he'n not use to a real woman...
I always make the first move.(by flirting or offering sex).... i did it with my sweety that i've been with for a year....

Be patient..........
Start with small talk. Listen to the things that he likes and talk about those things the next time you speak with him. If you all have the same interests then bring them up (keep conversation short). After 4-5 short conversations and you feel that you still want to go out with this guy, mention one of your interests that you both like (such as movie, eating place, church, etc) and tell him that you would like to go this weekend to the place and you would really like him to go. If he says no, just say OK maybe next time...........but still go and tell him about it next week.
Be careful because most shy men have more issues than just being shy.

Just be yourself. Open up with some conversation, not so much where your a blabbermouth but not to little for you to sound stupid, trust me i know what i'm talking about i am dealing with the same thing and this advice should work.

Men notice women. That is in their nature. You don't have to do anything but exist. If you want them to notice that you are available, don't wear a ring. They are pretty good at noticing that too. Just talk to him. He probably has already noticed you, but is too shy to do anything about it. Ask him out. Good luck.

Just start talking to him. Let him know you are interested, but not sure yet so you are interested in getting to know him. He'll open up eventually.
