I have been to Zehrs and other grocery stores where they have bubbly non alcoholic drinks. Try Loblaws

No there isn't, because the name champagne is legally protected so that only sparkling wine from the Champagne region in France is allowed to be called Champagne. And nobody in Champagne in France makes non alcoholic sparkling wine. You probably can, however, find a good sparkling juice substitute. Seems people above have already made some good suggestions. Personally I like Ame.

Check your local grocer and look for Sparkling Juice drinks made by Martenelli and other vendors you can also use soda water and Juice to make a great Alcohol Free Sparkling Punch. Good Luck!
