everytime i sneeze, all of sudden my shoulders sudden slowly start getting this pain from little hurting to really hurting. it hurts for a least 15 to 30 seconds then it goes away, why?

You would have an injury maybe a pulled muscle
so why not go & see a Dr & then you can stop worrying because worry can make things worse!

It is most likely a pinched nerve in your back.
A good Chiropractic adjustment should fix it promptly.
