Man up and eat them just as they are. If you can't handle the heat then a dairy product of some sort should do it such as sour cream or mayonnaise (you can mix the two together too) since you don't have ranch dressing.

Anything that'll help counterbalance the spicyness -- you said you're out of ranch dressing -- so I'd try possibly cottage cheese, celery, etc.

eat them with your fingers....ha ha.....ranch is good, or try plain yogurt, this helps cut down the bite a bit
