Try something novel, make your own. Decide what you like best, a smoky, sweet flavor or sour like the Carolinas, buy the ketchup, molasses, liquid smoke and chop up those onions and let that baby simmer. You could make it now and have it ready next week to brush on your meat. At least you'll know what's in it. I do it every summer and put it back in my Heinz's bottle and squirt and brush. What could be easier.

It all depends on where you live. Here in the STL area, my favorite is a local company called Super Smokers and they have a KC sweet & smoky that is AWESOME.
Also Sweet Baby Rays has good ones. They are all good and range from sweet to spicy.

Cookie's BBQ sauce!!! Original flavor. You can find it in the midwest, but if you aren't there, you can buy it online. That's the only BBQ sauce my customers swore by.
