Could you fill us in on more details? Are you under 18? What exactly was said that lead to the kiss? The policy of most schools is that teachers are not to touch students whatsoever..and if your teacher did that then he violated such policy however, we need more details in your case.

Why help? Why are you anxious about this development?
How old are you? How old is your teacher? Is he married? In a committed relationship? Are you? Is this an appropriate relationship? (i.e. not illegal)
It can be very flattering to have a relatively high-status male show his desire for you. But if this is an inappropriate relationship then it sounds like you need to take steps to stop it. It sounds like your teacher is not particularly ethical. Watch yourself. You could end up badly hurt.

You should tell your parents. They will be able to help you in any way they can. If you don't feel comfortable telling them, then tell your principal or even another teacher you feel comfortable talking to about these things. They should be able to handle the situation, or tell you ways you can handle them.
