Can I buy it in grocery stores (kroger, wmart & etc)?

They buy it in a No. 10 can from their central distribution center. Then they heat it up.
If you happen to have a friend who works there, they might be able to sell you a can.

unless you have a chemistry lab in your kitchen, you wont have much success making it at home-its loaded with chemicals, preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavors. You could easily make a nice cheese sauce by making a basic white sauce with milk and cornstarch or flour, then adding in some cheese and hot sauce. Super simple. Good luck
