i mean we all know why we went into Iraq in the first place, right? i mean we know it was so the chinese who were going to deal directly with saddam, not get their hands on the 2nd largest oil supplier. if they did that we would lose all control. but now that we see the pain and suffering it's causing why don't we just pull out; or are we really that thick skinned and are actually able to sleep at night knowing that we have sent our kids there to kill or be killed on an economic issue, Why????????/

because there's money to be made there.
we all know it has nothing to do with 9/11, the war on terror or even american security.
consider this:
the most dangerous threat to our security right now is a suitcase nuke. we are spending a tiny amount of money right now to stem that threat.
if you wonder why - the reason is that there are no large corporate contracts to be handed out with that sort of work.
