I first i am fat people call me fat.I told them ''When i get skinny i will call u fat!''Please tell me what kinds of foods i should eat and should i excersise?I need to look slinny and lose 20 pounds!!!

eat oatmeal..its good. anyways, drink lots of water and stop eating junk foods and soda. try eating healthy foods eat more of vegetables and apples.
and yes you should exercise. if you don't like to exercise then find something you like to do, like dance to your favorite songs (and not just one song). go for a walk with a friend through the neighborhood or park.

i also suggest you to write down everything you eat, and next to the food, write how the food makes you feel and why you ate it. ex. cuz of boredom etc etc.

however do not starve yourself. You might lose some weight, but in the end you'll gain more weight and you will be heavier than you are now.

Add cooked cabbage to your diet. Eat a bowl with a good balanced lunch and dinner. But eat it everyday, religiously. Do not just eat cabbage, becuase you want to stay healthy. But cabbage will make the weight drop like magic.
Also drink a lot of water.

loosing weight quickly can be really harmful. it can weaken your muscles effecting muscles like the heart. try eating greens with no dressing. dressings can contain alot of fat. eat the dark green salads and not alot of light salads, wheat bread instead of white bread and do alot of cardio. drink alot of water and sweat alot.

First you can eat anything you want as long as you exercise as you should.
Just stay active & exercise alot. Drink water instead of soda pops.

slimfast! well that isnt exactly food...but.....none actaully. no food will make you lose weight. it will make you gain. so cut back on sugars and carbs. good luck.

THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM THAT NO FOOD CAN MAKE YOU SLIM IN A WEEK THE ONLY THING WHICH CAN MAKE YOU SLIM IS NOT HAVING ANY FOOD, JUST GO FOR JUICES

please set some realistic goals. you did not gain the weight in a week why would you expect to lose it in a week?
