Take the color picker tool and select the color of the body... Now using this color reduce the opacity and draw a new layer over the face with paint brush.. To make it look realistic u have to select Overlay from the Layer Options menu... Or else try using the Clone Stamp tool .. From the body to the head...

Use the color picker tool and when you select it hover it over the spot you'd like to match and click it. The RGB color will show up in the info palette, it should say #1 or something along those lines. When you get the color right just make a new layer and use the paint brush to color the parts you want and be sure to zoom in a lot so you get it good. Oh and also when you color on whatever you are lower the brush opacity to about 50-75% and keep going over it till you're happy.

there'll be a watch dropper device. click that and it is going to %. up the colour of the selected section! yet when your taking a gloomy epidermis and making it lighter, you would favor to go over the floor in a white colour and adjusted the opacity so the lighter colour will take position more advantageous positive! :)
