fad diets are stupid, and your stupid for trying them, try a bit of research.
exercise and a healthy balanced diet is all you need its that simple! you could harm your health otherwise.

I assume by "water fast" you mean you intend to eliminate all food for 30 days. If you do this, the only things you will lose are your hair, your health, all the necessary nutrients and most likely your life.
Going for more than 10 days without food will result in starvation, and i can assure you that in those 10 days, you will have more mood swings and toilet breaks than anyone.
Our bodies NEED food, and the nutrients that they provide us with. They give us good eyes, hair, skin, reactions and concentration. Going without nutrients for 30 days will ruin your immune system as well, so you will likely catch a cold.
If you are serious about losing weight, and want it to stay off, aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week.
Given your current weight, and assuming you are 30, and 5 foot 7, You burn 2200 calories during a typical day. In order to lose 2 pounds a week, aim to eat around 1700 calories a day and burn 500 calories during exercise daily. (this is 45 minutes of swimming or running)
If you follow this theory, you would lose 8lb in a month, and so could be down to 150lb by august.

The only weight that will be lost will be from brain cells, unfortunately.
What happens if you fill a car with water? Nothing, zip, turn the key and you get a nasty noise. What do you think will happen will if you don't allow your body nutrients that are essential to its running?
"Food" does not make you fat, food is a requirement of living. Work out what is your recommended daily calorie intake, cut off around 200-300 calories, don't go below 1000 calories add in some exercise and you -will- look better and feel better in yourself as exercise has mental benefits.

Not much weight, but a lot of water. Not a really smart diet. It isn't going to do much for you but bloat you. There are a lot smarter diets out there that will help you lose much more weight in 30 days and you will lose real weight and keep it off. Drinking the water is good for you, but water and nothing else is a total waster of your time. You will put the weight right back on as soon as you start eating.

Please do not be foolish enough to think about this idiotic plan. 30 days on a water fast is potentially FATAL, this will of course result in dramatic weight loss.
Your body would rapidly switch to starvation mode. calorie burn would be minimised. Protein catabolism would commence, i.e. break down of body protein as well as fat to provide calories. This results in muscle break down, INCLUDING cardiac (heart) muscle.
3 minutes without air
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
A mnemonic for maximum time before fatalities result!

Are you crazy.... Any drastic fasting puts the body into shock and it will automatically hold onto everything (fat included) to preserve itself. If you want to fast then only for a day or so but drink plenty of water...

darling cakes that is not a good idea. i suggest drinking 8 bottles of water per day to loose weight but also having ur nutriens. <3

you will feel very weak when only drinking water.
you will wash out all the good chemicals in your body.
way to radical of a diet.
try YOGA instead. Daily !
you will LOOSE weight and it is good for you.
