I took this test that says it's really accurate, but I don't know if I should believe it or not. It doesn't give me anywhere near the same result as a height/weight chart.

Link to the aforementioned test:

I'm thinking your scales is also inaccurate. It sounds too excessive for one of these low weight, even though you don't do a lot pastime. Do you will have an extraordinarily small body? Decreasing your physique fat percentage is generally a case of dropping fats and preserving/gaining muscle. If your body fat percentage is 30%, that suggests you could have 39 kilos of fat and your lean body mass is 91lb. You have got to seem at lowering calories and growing cardio endeavor to burn fat, as well as preserving muscle groups by weight coaching. When you lose 10lb of fats, while preserving your present lean body mass of 91lb, you could count on to go from 30% body fats to about 25% physique fats. But i would undoubtedly have your body fats percentatage checked professionally before going ahead, considering I feel your scales may just good be incorrect. In case you have an common dimension body, even if you don't get much pastime, i would estimate your physique fat percentage to be towards 23% at that weight. HTH : )

If your talking about your body mass index charts.. the only problem with that is.. If your muscular. Mine says: at 5'8", I should weigh under 155 or so.. I've been lifting weights for years and keep my weight around 170-175. So I would be considered overweight.. my body fat % is around 7% or so..
