I know this has been asked, but right now I only have "internet friends", so I like to 'talk' on Y!A. What are you all eating for Easter dinner? I'm having STEAK QUESADILLAS topped with sour cream and salsa, and Mexican rice on the side! Yummy! Also, what do you Hispanics like to eat on Easter? Also quesadillas? Just wondering because I'm interested in Latin American cuisine.

Don't know. My grandmother cooks every Easter Sunday. She usually has ham, but she's not having it this year. That was my favorite food that she made at Easter time.
