Get a class in a College
Get a Gym Membership or a Dance Class Membership
Be clean and dressy and outgoing at Church
Spread your number around
Hang in Resturants and Coffee Shops on occasion
Go to Classy Shows and Trendy Hot Spots and just be a man about town and on the move constantly
Feel your way to a relationship and be Honest and True
Think with your head and heart and not with your physical body and you will do fine.

if you can count all your friends on one hand consider yourself lucky, real friends are hard to find. most the time you are not going to like what you find, don't force it.
