Does anyone have idea for different batter before he gets bored of mine??????

add hot chilli powder, garam massala, tuimeric, anything.

add beer or stout instead of water to the batter. The heat gets rid of the alcohol so you just end up with lovely beer batter.

You can dip meat first in scrambled egg(raw), then into Italian bread crumbs, then fry it in a pan with some olive oil. You can season the Italian bread crumbs with a little parmesean or romano cheese before you dip the meat in it.

There is this Japanese bread crumb mix called Panko. We also use the Italian styyle bread crumbs (found in the baking aisle at grocery stores), there is also always shake and bake. Most of them you just roll the meat into flour (you can add seasoning to it), put them into beaten eggs, roll them in your covering (panko, bread crumbs, shake and bake). You can bake it, fry it, or grill it. Good luck!
