It's not a literal translation, but it's more comfortable and casual than the previous answers. The problem with using online translation tools is that they translate everything in the most formal way and they can't factor in the relationship to the person you are speaking to. This is a more natural translation than the ones above. Hope it works for you!
PS - You would say "Tu me manques" instead of "Je te manque" because in French it translates to "You are missed by me." If you say, "Je te manques" it means "I am missed by you."
