I need some feed back regarding the diet suplement Ultra 90. Is it safe, does it really work and how long before you see any results?

I have tried many diet pills in the past and none have worked. My advice...stay away from them! They don't work and can really cause damage to your body.

If you're looking for a weight loss plan, make some lifestyle changes. Keep away from candies, sodas, fast foods, junk foods and other sweets. Eat 4-6 small healthy meals each day--don't forget about fruits and veggies! Never skip meals and never starve yourself---it won't work!
Drink water! A lot of water! It really does help with the weight loss process.
Of course, exercise! Walk, run, ride a bike, go to the gym, dance around your house--ANYTHING! Just get moving!

You don't need a diet...or diet pills to lose weight. Just make some changes to your current lifestyle and you'll see results.
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

I too haven't had much success with over the counter diet pills and with prescription pills, I've had major side effects. The best advice is to get on a modified meal plan that you can stick with on a regular basis and exercise. When dieting, it's essential that you continue to give your body the nutrients it needs so that you'll have the stamina to work out -- you may want to look into adding a nutritional supplement (not a diet pill) to your weight loss plan.
