I mean, not flushed, plugged with paper, crap or urine on the seat...Would people do any of that in their own home? I even had one guy throw toilet paper with crap on it into my cubicle while I was sitting there with my pants down...

I work in a restaurant and the toilets have bins in them they have a swing lid, with the swing part saying in very big letters PUSH. so that you push the lid and put your used hand towels into the bin. You would be supprised about how many people dont know the word PUSH and pile their hand towels ontop of the word push. It got so bad that the whole toilet florr would be covered in paper towels. I learnt from that that people are REALLY stupid and have removed the lid, so that the paper goes directly into the bin. BLESS.
As to poo flying at you thats gross.
Also had a friend who worked in Marks and spencer and one day had to clean poo off the WALLS. gross

I am a Janitor part-time & i do believe it brings out the worst in people Maybe because they secretly want to do that nasty stuff at home and not have any consequences So why not do it in a public facility SHoot they don't have to clean it up

I don't think public toilets "bring out" the worst in people...I think it allows us to see people at their worst. Yes, I believe most of these people are just as unsanitary at home as they are in public. There may be a few exceptions of people being disgusting because they have a crude sense of humor, but for the most part I think that this is just their natural way of behaving.

I have known people who, if the same thing happened to them as happened to you, they would break down the cubicle, push the guy's head into the toilet and flush it. Over, and over, again......

yes, public restrooms are nasty. many people are so germaphobic that they create the nastiness of the restrooms out of what i call flushing fear. they are afraid to touch the toilet, therefore they don't flush.
what can we do about it?
1. teach our children about proper public restroom behavior
2. call people on it when we see them doing gross things so they are embarrassed to do it in the future

It does bug some. Once it starts happening often, people may start acting differently. They could become grumpier or complain more. Things like that.

You are right. You know they don't treat their homes that way. They are apathetic because they don't clean that mess up. They should be forced to clean bathrooms for a month. That will change their ways.
