I think you mean to ask what epitaph is called in Hindi. Elegy is Marsiah, but I am not sure about epitaph. Kutba is an inscription on a gravestone.

I doubted your mention of this word as Hindi ...the ending with "ph" is like a beacon proclaiming Greek as the origin. Sure enough, 2 sources below say the same:
