god has been speaking to me lately, he warned me of danger yesturday.

i was walking home at night, my usual way home, nothing was out of the ordinary, then as i crossed the road there was a voice in my head, it said 'be careful child, you are in danger'. that was all, it didnt scare me at all, it seemed completely natural and almost expected.

I slowed down my pace and looked around me, i noticed a guy following me on the other side of the road, he was trying to hide in the front yards of some houses, i heard the voice again, 'there'

i was near a service station so i went in and caught a taxi home.

i believe god has a purpose for me, he is keeping me safe, who knows what could have happened if he hadnt alerted me. god is great, youv got to believe

I've got to believe you can't spell, for one.
How come when you hear voices it's okay? Is it because you're a special kind of person, Homo Insipiens, perhaps, better than the rest of us...
And why is it that your God is good enough for capitalisation in the header, and not in the footer?
Smacks of a major amount of disrespect, to me, especially if He's your wingman.
Maybe you should show proper respect to this disembodied voice, or you might attract some form of Divine Retribution.
You know how Jealous these Old Fashioned Gods can be...

Hello and Happy Easter. Yes, God has spoken to me. He has reassured me at different times that He is with me and for me. God even cares about those little things important to us. Here's an example: I was riding around to some yard sales, and I nearly bought this one racing bike. Something said to wait and not buy it. Later on I kind of wish I had, but a couple weeks later or so I found a bike for less that was much better for less I believe! I could not believe it! It was a Trek hybrid bike (blue), and this $300-$400 bike I found only cost me $22.99 plus tax! I could not believe it. I was so overjoyed I cried thanking God and telling Him "Oh Lord you said to wait". Wow! Oh wow was I blessed and happy. All that bike needed was air in the tires. It was the blessing of the Lord. God will speak to us if we are open to hear Him. I believe God can speak to His children, those who have named the name of Christ. God has been so loving to even help those who don't know Him because He loves them and has a purpse for their lives. Praise God!

Not, I don't have to believe. If I believed, I'd point out that god created the world exactly as it was and put you in danger in the first place. Didn't he know what that man would do before making him?

So you hear intuition as an external voice... interesting, but hardly evidence of any gods.

Yes God talks to me thru the Holy Spirit and His word. That's how he trains my conscience. My dictionary calls conscience a type of small voice and a type of; sense of duty & shame. Hence; a type of sense. So I can understand you feeling that God told you about that lurking man and made you aware of what you should do next.

There may come a time when people willunderstnd that God protects those that He has called.
My life is an example of that protection.
if only people could understand what King David meant when He said, " The Horn of my Salvation.

God has spoken to me. He spoke to me in my head in previous times so that I heard him as a voice. Now I do not hear him as a voice but sometimes as someone who superimposes his will over my own will, then leaves it up to me to listen or not. I can not remember all the ways Jesus has spoken to me; I am always glad when I listen and sorry when I don't.

Glad to hear you are safe, but if you are walking hime alone, there is bound to be an inner voice telling you to be careful. It is not god, it is your own defence mechanism.
