Mmm! I've got a snack idea for hummus..and a tasty way to rescue stiff, stale pitta breads that may have been lurking around in the breadbin for too long!]

1.Cut pitta in half then split the pockets so you have four thin pieces, cut into rough triangles, like tortilla chips.

2. Drizzle oil into a frying pan and spread over the base with a kitchen towel to pick up excess.. heat the pan and add your tortilla triangles, fry until they are crispy and golden.

3. Dip into houmous!!!xox

Delicious :)

You mean, hummus? YES! It's SO yummy! I used to make my own because it's so much cheaper, but it's such a pain. Actually, the pain part is just cleaning up the food processor.

I use it in wraps, sandwiches, and just to dip. YUM!

Yes.
I have some dip right now; and I serve it at every party I can.
Look up zatzaki dip also, if you like hummus; that's a yoghurt-based Greek didp you can easily make for yourself.
