Any kind of broth would work fine. Beef broth, perhaps? Or really whatever kind you have on hand.

You can use a little basalmic vinegar and a little water. You could also use white wine. It will change the flavor and perhaps color, but it won't kill your recipe. You'll want to replace the full amount of fluid called for in the red wine.
Oh, I've also used apple juice instead of wine, with pork that works especially well but it will be sweeter and you'll want to be sure the sweet and apple will go with your other seasonings.

I think 7-Up or ginger ale would work just fine. However, depending on your recipe, red wine might be necessary for the flavor. Maybe some italian dressing? Good luck and Happy Easter!

Port, balsamic vinegar, cognac, maybe. But couldn't you ask a neighbor to lend you some instead ? Maybe it's worth a try, because I wouldn't bet much on my 3 suggestions.

use good marinade sauces , let it set in the ref for about 4 hours with some salt add and Little bit of hire honey and worshire sauce.
