okay I have 3 siblings all from 2 have the same father one doesn't and I have another different father,just cuz we don't all have the same dad but the same mom would we be halfway related,or a little more than halfway?my mother says we are all a little more than halfway related but I think she's just trying to make me fell better

my b/f family is the same way. All of his brothers are from different dads. I hate to say it but your all only half way related by blood. However you can be as close as you want to be by love. If you feel they are you real siblings then they are you real siblings. There is no question about it. Love conquers all

I think that as long as you all have the same mother but different fathers, you are half-brothers and half-sisters. The ones that have the same father and the same mother are full brothers and full sisters. The way things get complicated is when there are a bunch of different siblings with same fathers, different mothers, etc. but that is not the case here.

You are 50% related to your siblings because you have the same mom. Don't let this bother you. I am 100% related to my siblings, but I sometimes feel closer to my friends than my siblings. Don't worry so much about how much you are related, but that you are related in some way. They are family. But understand that you will form bonds with outside people who you may feel closer to. If you had a sibling that you were 100% related to, I don't think you would feel differently about them than you do to your half brothers and sisters. Good luck and God bless.

You all are genetically half siblings. But you are the only one who can answer what all of you are in your hearts. I don't think blood makes a huge difference when you are all being raised together. That only counts when there's physical distance which leads to an emotional gap between siblings.
I don't have my husband's blood but I love him as if we are the same flesh and blood. Love is love nothing less.

My mother had 8 children:
2 to one man
2 to another
4 to another
Good men, even back in the day, were hard to come by.
I consider us all full blood. We all are very close and love each other very much. I've never considered us half anything. I love my brothers and sisters.

You all have the same mom...so you are half brothers and sisters by legal terms.
I have 2 older brothers and 3 older sister by a different father...they are not my "half" anything...they are my brothers and sisters and I love them as such!

you are half-siblings.You must have the same mother and father to be full siblings.I think what your mother is trying to say is that half or full you are still family and that is what is important!!!

the bub is probably to small to have been harmed and has lots of cushioning(sp?) to protect it just take it easy and speak to ur doctor at next appointment. good luck
