Go to http://www.mypyramid.gov and look at the details for YOU. You put in your age, sex, height, activity, and weight (put in the weight you would like to be). It tells you what you should be eating.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

the good died is don't do any diet!
don't think a lot of what you gonna eat, try to listen to your body not your temptations
don't go on a diet just eat balanced , take a good breakfast eat , a good luch and a light dinner. eat whatever you want but don't eat between meals except (fruits : apples oranges...
practice a sport hour per day and don't stay home!
with time you gonna stop getting tempted, coz you will feel the difference between getting tempted and eating from everything(not too salty nor too sweety)

Weightwatchers is fantastic. It's not enough to say "eat less and exercise more" - how much?! WW will help with this - you actually need to eat enough or your body will adjust your metabolism down thinking it is being starved! It's a fine balancing act.
With WW you don't have to eat only rabbit food. It encourages healthy eating, sure, but appreciates you need to live your life so you can build in treats, eating out, etc. (For me, this stops me being "tempted" as I can eat my favourite things. As soon as you tell me something is "banned" then that's all I want! Nothing is banned and you might be surprised at the amount of food you can eat and lose weight.)
You don't need to go to meetings but can get all the info online if you want. There are lots of community groups online for fantastic support and advice.
It's not a "quick fix" but it's something you could do long term - I have and I haven't felt deprived once....and it's EASTER - ha!
I realise I might sound a bit evangelical but ....it works.
Good Luck.. Deb

Losing weight and cutting the cravings can be difficult. I would suggest drinking a glass of water about 20 minutes before each meal to fill you up some so you will eat less at mealtime. Also, try reducing your serving sizings or leaving about 3 bites left on your plate for each meal. 3 bites doesnt sound like a lot, but times that by 3 meals and thats 9 bites which is usually at least 100 calories. :)

Dont take diet pills. It took me a lot of money a dissapointment to figure that out. Get an energy supplement like Stackers and see if it gives you a boost for exercising. Go for 2 or 3 mile walks with some 3 pound weights about 4 or 5 times a week. Walking always works and it is great for your body. Try to avoid treadmills, people tend to get bored pretty fast on them. Grab your MP3 player or iPod and get outside for a breath of fresh air and a good work out! Dont forget to drink tons of water! Good luck!

i lost 45 kilos in 9 months, the first months i lost sooner. i just dra nk 1 glass milk with 1 ts honey for breakfast and for lunch i ate boiled chicken or fish without oil and salt. u can eat as much as u want! even 2 kilos! but without anything else!! just fish or chicken the whole day! this is healthy and fast, after 1 week, u can add some salad or tomatos to ur food or u can add 3 fruits (same type except melons, bananas, grapes) if you gain some again you must remove salat and fruit. i dont know how much you wanna lose though. because for me after 20 kilos my diet changed abit. if you follow this diet exactly how i tell u after 1 week u will lose that amount that u wish.

replace any junk food you eat with healthier options..if you want a snack, eat applesauce or a banana instead of a cookie. if you go out to eat, try to pick healthier options; get a side of veggies instead of french fries. Also, make one meal a day a salad with meat or some other type of protein. your diet is very important when it comes to losing weight. only make these changes if you can stick with them; otherwise once you stop, you're bound to gain the weight back.
