HARD BOILED EGGS :
The cooking time is the same that you cook 1 or 50 eggs.
It's 6 minutes after the boiling point, or 4 1/2 if you like the yokes softer.
And if you want to peel them without damaging the white, put them in very cold water first.
The shell will come smoothly.

We need to know how you want the eggs to come out--soft-boiled or hard-cooked.
Also, the number of eggs you're doing.
Here's the way I did it for a Greek restaurant.
Get a pot large enough doesn't matter for your fourteen eggs.
Fill it with cold tap water.
Use a perforated pot cover or leave a solid one open at the edge to let steam go; otherwise your cover could be the first one to reach the Moon without a booster rocket.
Set eggs carefully into the water; if one is cracked, it will leak.
Turn the heat to high, 5 on a en electric setting.
Set your timer for fifteen minutes.
When the water boils, you can have hard-boiled eggs within three minutes; just leave the heat on as they boil,
setting timer for three minutes.
At three minutes, turn the heat off
Leave the eggs fifteen minutes to cool.
Remove ggs with a tool so you don't burn yourself. Set eggs into a colander and run cool, not cold water over them.
Pour off egg water and clean the pot.
Give them ten more minutes to cool before handling the
eggs; they will be as uniform as their shells were to start with.
And they can be stored once cooled, in a plastic freezer bag in the refrigerator, for ten days, and used when you want to. But take the ones you'll use out fifteen minutes ahead of time before employing in a dish of any sort.

15 minutes from when they come to a full boil.
The amount of eggs doesn't really matter as long as the pot's big enough. I used to boil 30 eggs at a time at the restaurant, for the same 15 minutes.

3 minutes for soft boiled and 5 minutes for hard boiled eggs-after boiling them for the specified time (remember time is measured from the time the water starts boiling-not the time you put it in the water) let them sit in the pot with cold water running over them for about 2 min, then you can shell them. This will help the shell to come away without tearing and mutilating the boiled egg-if you are just eating them as hard or soft boiled eggs this isnt a problem but if you are trying to shell them for use as cold hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs then this will assit you to get the shells off easier.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, turn heat down to medium boil, so the eggshells won't crack and boil for 30 minutes. Then empty water out and put ice cold water over the eggs until they are cooled off, about half an hour.

Put your eggs in cold water, bring it to a boil, take it off the heat and cover for 15 minutes and that's it! They will be perfectly cooked and won't have that green color to the yolk

Actually it takes 4 min per egg,
14 x 4min thats 56min give or take a few to be safe.
if you want your eggs to cook even quicker, place a large nail in the pot and three table spoon of salt, water and metal under heat boils fastest, just keep an eye on cracked eggs, two many at once will cause expansion of size and they will crack under pressure...lolz
Have fun and Happy Easter......

A method I just used this weekend! Do you have an electric vegetable steamer? Place eggs in basket, fill water line to high, cook for 35 mins. Voila! Perfect eggs! Let cool to the touch, and peel. My mom told me about this and the eggs peel great!
