Taking a second look at all the answers above mine, wondering how many different words r available for one single word 'dumb'. Being innovative huh ?

NO! If you are an RN in an urban area you will probably see some Spanish speaking patients once in a while or maybe even everyday depending on where you practice. Personally I think a RN or nurse practitioner who can speak Spanish is very marketable. Following the career advice from others is only gonna disappoint you in the long run. Do what you want to do. You'll be happier that way. I don't know much about the peace corps but I would imagine it wouldn't be that hard to get in.

I like the word 'menso' because it means limited - it is not really offensive, and it is the opposite of 'inmenso' or immense.
In other words, it is a state which can be overcome :)
