I have some color in my hair but i want to do some highlights myself with the cap it's OK or should i wait????

You can do it with color already in your hair. If your hair is longer or you want bigger sections of highlights, foil would be better than a cap. Also remember that if you plan to dye your hair again, you will have to redo the highlights as well.

i think you should wait. if u already have color in your hair then putting another color over it might cause the colors to mix and go weird. also it will cause even more damage to your hair. if you must do it then ensure there is a good few months between each coloring.
